No Mow May

Join me in supporting pollinators this spring by signing the “No Mow May Pledge”. This is a bee-friendly way to cut down on yard maintenance. Give your mower a rest and establish a biodiverse environment that helps protect endangered pollinators and other wildlife. Take the pledge by completing the form.

Plantlife, a UK-based conservation organization, popularized No Mow May, which is now spreading across North America. The purpose of No Mow May is to keep grass uncut for the entire month of May, providing habitat and forage for early season pollinators. This is especially significant in cities, where floral resources are often scarce.

OUR PROMISE TO YOUR PROMISE

“I pledge to not mow my lawn this May to support early season foraging for pollinators.”

Put your lawnmowers away for No Mow May in your garden this May to benefit wild flowers and struggling pollinators. You can make a difference whether it’s a small spot or your entire lawn.
