Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/3 cup of cacao powder
- 2/3 cup of honey
- 1/4 cup of oat, buckwheat, almond, or whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup of coconut or avocado oil
- 2 medium sized eggs
- 1 tsp. of baking soda
- 1 tbsp. if vanilla
Optional:
- Chocolate chips
- Coconut flakes
- Crushed walnuts, pecans, almonds
- Peanut butter
- Fresh or frozen berries

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Blend all your ingredients (except chocolate chips, nuts, and toppings) in a food processor or mixer for a good 3-5 minutes until a liquid texture.
- Add the toppings on.
- Pour into a oven safe dish and bake for 35-40 minutes.
- Cool and enjoy!

Vegan Alternative Recipe
- 1 ripe avocado

- 2/3 cup of maple or agave syrup
- 1/4 cup of oat, buckwheat, almond, or whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup of coconut or avocado oil
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 tsp. of baking soda
- 1 tbsp. if vanilla
