Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp. of raw honey
- 2 packets (or 2 tbsp.) gelatin
- 1 cup of orange juice (preferably pulp-free)

Instructions:
- Gather 2 glass bowls, and in one, pour 1/2 cup of the orange juice. Sprinkle the gelatin packets in the bowl and let it stand for one minute.
- Heat the leftover orange juice in the separate bowl for 30-60 seconds.
- Stir the hot juice into the cool orange juice bowl. Combine the honey into the mixture and whisk for 30 seconds until it is fully dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into a silicone mold, ice cube mold tray, or a 8 x 8 baking tin. Refrigerate for 2 hours or more.
- Slice into cubes if needed, or take it out of the molding tray. Serve cold.
