Lavender + Honey Skin Care – DIY

Lavender and honey are two natural ingredients that can be found in the garden. So why not use ingredients to give our skin and body some self love. These are perfect for small gestures during the holidays, and are fun to decorate aesthetically.

Manuka honey is by far the best honey that includes medical properties, and is most effective in treatment. Hospitals and medical professions use Manuka honey to heal wounds and cuts due to its anti-bacterial properties. It can even be used to treat acne and skin care problems. But otherwise, any honey works.

Our skin and hair care affects our emotional health, and ultimately a stressful time in our life can create a weak appearance. Let’s eliminate this risk by using natural care.
